How IT works
This is our high level process that we go through with every individual.

LEARN
you will learn the 9-Key System created by Giovanna, to improve your communication skills, confidence, interpersonal-relationship skills, emotional intelligence and Leadership. we will Approach Learning in 3 Ways:
1. Do-it-Yourself (DIY):
You have access to all the material through Online videos and exercises
2. Done-With-you (DWY): Join Weekly Group Workshops, Trainings and Activities to learn together
3. Done-For-You (DFY):
You have the option to go deeper and do more personalized 1-1 work through Individual coaching (optional)

INTEGRATE
This stage is all about integrating your learnings. Through videos, exercises, workshops, trainings and coaching in stage 1, you will have acquired the necessary teachings and knowledge. Now it is time to integrate them into your day to day life through fun "homework" activities and challenges laid out for you. This will get you to embody what you have learned and begin leading, communicating and Building Relationships on a whole new level.

tRANSFORM
We will measure your progress Through Daily Journalling, weekly checkins, and a before & after questionnaire. This will help you clearly see how much you have evolved throughout the program.
